Un hacker sólo necesita un mensaje de texto para luego escuchar tus conversaciones, detectar la ubicación del equipo o utilizarlo como puente para realizar ataques informáticos bajo tu nombre. Así lo revela un artículo de PC World.
El iPhone resultó particularmente vulnerable al hacking, según la opinión del experto en seguridad Charlie Miller, quien reveló esta información en la conferencia de SyScan de Singapur.
"Cada SMS está limitado a 140 bytes, pero secuencias de datos más largas pueden ser enviadas al celular como múltiples mensajes", explicó el experto. Luego estas cadenas de código binario se ensamblan automáticamente para generar el "programa hackeador".
Apple se comprometió a desarrollar una solución y dársela a los usuarios lo antes posible.
